Frequently Asked Questions
Is Survival Ascended separate from Survival Evolved?
Yes. ASA is a standalone UE5 product with its own servers and saves - it does not share worlds or characters with ASE.
Can Steam and Xbox players join the same server?
On official-style crossplay servers yes - enable crossplay in the panel settings and both platforms connect to the same world.
How do mods work on ASA?
Survival Ascended ships an official mod platform backed by CurseForge. You install mods from the panel and they update alongside the cluster.
Can I migrate my ASE world?
There is no official save converter. Some tribes rebuild their main base from scratch on ASA and keep ASE running as a legacy archive.
How do we get access during the beta?
Write to us through the beta form or Discord - we provision the server, walk your admin through the panel, and you tell us what to improve.
